Power Vinyasa
Yogi Cam’s style of Power Vinyasa is based on a flowing series of postures connected with breath in an anatomically correct sequence to avail strengthening and lengthening of the muscles for the students body type. While guiding the mind through conscious theming into a meditative and focused mental state.
Usually aimed toward a peak posture or Asana.
Yogi Cam offers a variety of options during the class to avail all levels of experience.
Bring a towel and water and your mat.
Expect challenge, and some fun and play while mindful themes are offered.
Available to all levels, its never to hard if you rest when you need to and remember, challenge brings change.
Wednesday - 12pm Brisbane Time
Yin Yoga
Yogi Cam’s Yin Yoga classes are usually a blend of static, occasionally slow flowing and generally restorative postures gently held for 3-5 minutes aimed at releasing the fascia in the body while guiding the mind inwardly to contemplate and meditate on chosen weekly mindful themes.
Bring Mat, bolster or pillows, a strap, 2 blocks or thick books, roll release balls and a towel.
The class can be done without props but best enjoyed with.
Expect to relax and restore and feel freer in your skin afterwards as if you were wearing a suit a half size larger.
Available to all levels, the challenge of yin is in the stopping, so if you lead a busy stressful life or find it hard to stop, this one’s for you.
Online Yoga Classes are – $20 – Casual or $150 – 10 pass.
