Weekly Online Yoga Classes
Join Yogi Cam for weekly 1 hour long online yoga session via Zoom.
Monday night Power Vinyasa 5.30-6.30 pm Brisbane time.
Tuesday night Power Vinyasa 5.45-6.45 pm Brisbane time.
Wednesday lunch Yin Yoga 12pm-1pm Brisbane time.

Yin Yoga Classes
Are you suffering from a busy lifestyle or overtraining or burn out?
Yin yoga is the more restorative of the styles with using gently held postures while weaving in theming to take the mind into introspection and meditation in a calm space. Yin yoga leaves you feeling free in your skin.

Power Vinyasa
If you are looking for active transformation this is for you. A great flow through carefully chosen postures to strengthen and lengthen the muscles while breathing into meditation
leaving you feeling recharged and resilient

Yoga Nidra
Are you too busy to rest and restore, don’t know how to let go when you need? This guided relaxation practice is for you. You will feel restored as if you have taken hours of sleep in just a short time.

Gentle Yoga Classes
Are you looking for more of a gentle connection to your body and it’s mobility?
Gentle yoga is a series of postures designed to anatomically correctly take you through a connection to a full range of motion.

Pilates Mat Work
Are you new to body weight training or yoga? Are you needing to strengthen your core? In rehabilitation? Wanting to expand your mobility safely?
Pilates mat work focuses on controlled isolated safe movements to condition your body leaving you with great stable residual muscle control and mobility.

Meditation Classes
Learn to focus deep into the present moment through a series of different meditation styles to suit the practitioner at hand. This practice is accessible to all levels once we discuss the level of the practitioner. The result is an increase in self awareness, relaxation, mindfulness and focus combined with a lowering of stress and a stronger anchor to the present moment.
